Our project is introducing NFT fractional ownership of Sailing Yachts as RWAs, which are fully insured and NFT holders earn rewards from yacht charters. We have our own manufacturing facility with a working business model. We manufacture our own yachts and use them in our yacht charter partnerships to generate rewards. Each NFT holder has digital ownership of both virtual asset in our Web3 game world and a share in a real life ocean going yacht! Hybrid tokenization is done for a Yacht Asset by fractionalizing the yacht issuing a NFTs as part of a collection for each yacht. The concept of fractionalization in yacht ownership is not new, but using NFTs will revolutionize the way people buy and sell yachts and even have digital ownership of the asset. This will allow anyone the option to own a legal share in a yacht and be rewarded with a share of revenue (up to 24% apr). You can use your NFT rewards to charter a holiday on any of our yachts in the real world at exotic locations such as Mauritius and the Caribbean.
